That's what I thought. Look closely at the error:
"Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host."
Its not the size limit on your server, its the one on theirs.

Also keep in mind, that a file gains about 30% size when sending because of
the encoding. So a 3MB file will be 4, etc.
