Hi there,

I had this all set up and working for possibly 2 years without any
problems, until (I believe) my ISP (BT Openworld) done something to my
account and now only emails sent within my domain are forwarded to my
external account.

For example, my work account is set up to forward a copy of all emails
to my home email address and ALL emails used to go there. Now, only
the emails that my work colleagues send me are forwarded to my home
address. If an email is sent to me from a third party, such as my mum
at her workplace, I only receive an email at work and not at home.

Despite arguing with BT that they have done something to ruin this,
they still tell me that it is my fault and someone at my workplace has
altered the server settings, as BT only relay the emails in and out of
my domain name. I blatantly know that this is not true as no-one else
in my relatively small office even knows the username, let alone the
password to log into our server!!

Has anyone else had this problem, not just with BT but with other ISPs
and if so, have you managed to fix it and how did you go about it?

Thanks

Brett Rigby
