Hi,

open the Exchange console and navigate to: [Administrative Groups] -> [The
group you want to manage] -> [Servers] -> [Name of the server] -> [Storage
group name] -> [mailbox store]
Right-click on the [mailbox store] and choose properties. On the [General]
tab, there is a checkbox called [Archive all message sent by this mailbox
store]. enable it and click on the [Browse]
button to select the account where the mails should be stored.
