I am trying to set up a publicly-viewable calendar for a shared resource
(conference room, for example) on Exchange 2003. I set up a Public
Folder that contains a calendar. I set it up to be moderated, and it
puts user-created appointments in a hidden subfolder. When a moderator
moves the appointment to the publicly-viewable calendar, it loses all
the attendee information and puts the moderator as the sole attendee.

Is there a better/proper way of doing what I am trying to do?
