Hey fellows !!! how ya'll doin'? (No, I'm not from NY)

Guy, I need HHHEEEELLLPPP, I got the following problem:

Messages to uol.com.br get stuck on queue, force
connection gives event sink.

I am able to send emails to anyone in this universe, BUT
the domain uol.com.br, my smtp connector says that it is
due to an event sink. I called them and asked them if we
are in some sort of blacklist with them, cause my company
does have a huge client database and we send newsletters
frequently so somehow there were a misundertanding, they
said no.

I enabled the tracking system and I got the following
events:

MSExchange Transport , ID 4007
Message delivery to the host '200.221.11.51' failed while
delivering to the remote domain 'uol.com.br' for the
following reason: The connection was dropped due to an
SMTP protocol event sink.
 The SMTP verb which caused the error is 'quit'. The
response from the remote server is ''.

Then I get event ID 7002
This is an SMTP protocol warning log for virtual server ID
1, connection #95. The remote host "200.221.11.51",
responded to the SMTP command "rcpt" with "450 Client host
rejected: cannot find your hostname, [65.196.131.66] ".
The full command sent was "RCPT
TO:<oxford.miami@uol.com.br> ". This may cause the
connection to fail.

I sent a huge report for them and so far nothing, anyone
has an idea?
