Mailbox Store Cleanup

I have been experiencing error ID's about every minute,
and the mailbox store dismounts after running for a few
minutes. I believe the problem to be that the mailbox
store is full (16gb max capacity), but I do not know how
to clean this out. I also tried adding mailbox stores but
was told that the maximum number has already been
reached. The server was running for about 2 days, and the
mailbox store was already full, so I am assuming we were
hit with SPAM or just had a large number of CAD files
coming in. If you could please give me detailed
instructions on emptying the Mailbox Store, creating
additional ones (if possible) and safeguarding against
this filling up, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
