Concerning the BRICK-LEVEL Backups of EXCHANGE.

You can remove the entry for the user from the "Text" selections or
you can configure Backup Exec to automatically take care if the
deletion of the users mailbox. Manual Method: To see the listings for
the deleted mailboxes, it may be necessary to view the Selection List
in "Text version" mode from the mailbox backup job's Properties >
Selections tab. Entries for deleted mailboxes can be selected and
deleted from this screen. There are some entries which are not deleted
from the Text selections. To resolve this issue, delete the non
existent mailboxes from the Backup Job Properties > Selections tab of
the existing mailbox backup job from the Text selections.

In order to make Backup Exec to take care of addition as well as
deletion of mailboxes without any manual intervention, please perform
the following: 1. Click on Backup tab 2. Select the Selections from
the left pane. 3. If Microsoft Exchange is installed on the same
machine as Backup Exec, the Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes icon will be
displayed under the Local Selections branch. Otherwise, the Microsoft
Exchange Mailboxes be displayed under the Remote Selections" 4. Select
the entire Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes icon from the root.
NOTE:- Do not uncheck any mailbox from the mailbox tree, for system
created mailbox exclusion refer to the following steps: 6. On
Selections tab--->Select Text from the "View Format" 7.Select
Insert-->Browse Mailbox tree and select the mailbox, which you want to
exclude, from right side click on exclude radio button. Repeat this
for all the system created mailboxes (e.g. System Attendant). Click OK
8. Click on Run now. Refer to the following technote's for more
