I was a bit mystified but your answers have helped me a lot, thanks again.
I will post again if I run into trouble.

It appears that Exchange is storing our downloaded emails from the Pop3.

If we did not use Exchange how would we do internal email?

Also what is the size limit of the .pst file if we did not store email on Exchange?
