It won't appear in ESM until you actually send mail to it. That said,
unless it's got an email address then sending mail to it will be an
obvious challenge.
Has the Recipient Policy kicked in and applied email addresses to the
account?
If it has then the next step is to force (or troublsehoot) the
Recipient Update Service. See this:
