And there never will be from that server.
You need to ask your ISP for a news feed supporting NEWNEWS.
Although you will get a populated list of groups, only some servers
will allow you access to get the messages themselves.
Your ISP will have a server and they will give you the host name and
grant your external IP access to that box.
