setperm tool needed

Hello,

I need to set read permissions on all calendars of exchange 5.5.
Searching on the web pointed me to a freeware tool called SetPerm to be
found on www.mailsoftware.co.uk/downloads.html

This site is unavailable at the moment( dead?).
Is there an alternative place to download the tool?
