Apparently there is some sort of corruption in database, that causes store to
use 100% of CPU. I see two ways to resolve the problem:
0. (Not a resolution, but wild shoot). Run offline defrag and then isinteg
against hard repaired priv.edb and pub.edb.
1. Start with fresh database. Introduce second server in site, move all
mailboxes and PFs to it, delete contents of MDBDATA on first server, move data
back, decommission temp server.
2. Call MS PSS and ask to develop fix for the problem. As Exchange 55 nears end
of support it is unlikely that they will be enthusiastic about it.
