Verify that the server works with Active Directry. Their user guide
claims they do, but it's not real clear whether they're referring to
the LDAP server provided by Exchange 5.5 or the LDAP service provided
by the AD. It _looks_ like they're using the AD when they refer to the
UPN for the authentication account, but there's also the "Note: The
LDAP protocol must be enabled on your EXCHANGE SERVER . . ." that
makes me wonder whether they have bad tech writers or the product
works only with Exchange 5.5 LDAP!
Make sure you're provoding the name of a DC/GC and not the name of the
Exchange server as the LDAP server.
