Send the account a piece of mail from another account. If it can receive
mail then it will appear in ESM.
If you look inside the recipient update service container you will see two
RUS's. One is the enterprise RUS and the other is the domain RUS. The
domain RUS is responsible for populating certain exchange attributes of
mail-enabled users including proxyaddresses, showinaddressbook, and others.
