according to this article if i have made any modifications
to the database i should not attempt this does this
include running eseutil /p because i have already run this
command (and removed the appropriate log files after)

if so i do have the entire contents of the exchsrvr folder
copied after the crash which sections of this do i have to
copy back to change it to its original state (after the
crash) so that i can follow these instruction safely?
