What DSNs does this happen with...NDRs , Delivery Reports or Relay DSN ?

If it is an NDR, or DR, then thats abnormal, and I would request you paste
a sample DSN.

However, if it is a relay DNS per which indicates that your server is not
the final hop to delivery, then most likely your account as a
"Postmaster@domain.com proxy address.
