Hi,
Installing Exchange 2003 on a DC is not recommended, but it can be done,
especially if you have a small organization. Some things to think about:
a) Disaster Recovery, because you not only have AD, but also Exchange on one
box.
b) Security.
c) Performance expectations. If you have small org you probably won't
notice a perf issue, but if you have heavier loads you may notice a
difference as supposed to run Exchange on a separate box.
d) A minor detail would be that the box will take a long time to shut down.
