Hi,
In ESM, right-click on Public Folders->Properties, click on the Security tab
and add your user. You can choose what permissions to give him or you can
choose full control over the public tree.

I tried giving the user the send on behalf of and recive rights in ADUC, but this did not work, I finnaly had to give the user full control over the other users mail box in the security tab in ADUC, and this worked. > > Thanks
