Problem with creating new accounts

I am having this same problem. I have waited for 24 plus
hours and it is still not working. I create a new user or
copy an existing one and the exchange account never is
created. I have tried deleting the exchange mailbox from
Active Directory and recreating it but it still does not
work. There are no email addresses in the user properties
and only SELF in the mailbox rights.
