Sorry these are the servers specs

I would like to implement SSL on a win2k server running
Exchange 5.5 OWA and would like to know how much
additional processor overhead and memory requirements is
added by installing the certificate service and using SSL
authentication? The server Compaq DL360R G3 hardware is a
dual 2.4GHZ XEON with hyperthreading turned on with 2
Gigs of ram. A 33GB hard drive with 3 partitions C=4 GB
free= 2.43 GB, D=14.6GB free =105.GB, 15.3GB Free =14.6.
