How much overhead in terms of what? Storage? Processor? ??
Typically, you can expect a 30% increase in proc usage, but I'd have to
qualify that with, "it depends" on your hardware, configuration, etc.
If you're against the wall already, then it may not be to your advantage.
If you have plenty of hardware overhead, then you should be able to get the
200 concurrent users no problem :)
