Stop right here. What is this undeliverable message? Is it Relaying
Denied?

I would call Imail in my environment "the application mailer" as we have
several applications that are not Exchange aware of course. Exchange will
accept these emails (in my limited experience) if they come from a different
FQDN for example instead of coming from webapp@mycompany.com i send them
from webapp@appmailer.mycompany.com (my application mailer is postfix
running on RedHat on a P166 desktop) and this seems to work pretty good even
if I don't allow relaying in Exchange.

In a nutshell, I suspect it's a misconfiguration of Imail and not Exchange
that's causing it.
