That's a good idea if you only have a handful of clients to reconfigure,
lanwench. Having the SMTP server on exchange route to a smart host (your
ISP) greatly reduces the amount of configuration you have to do on the
clients and is virtually invisible to them. If you have 100's of exchange
clients that can be a nightmare.
