If you really need the e-mail (its not spam), you can find out what the
character set is and add it to your local server. For most cases, this is
unwanted mail and can/should be ignored (cuts down on some of the spam).
You can find the character set in the header of the message, in this example
its called "iso-8859-1<br>".
example: Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1<br>
Then add the value to your server by following these steps:
1. Run Regedit
2. Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MIME\Database\CharSet
3. Add a new key with the value "iso-8859-1<br>" (without the quotation
marks).
4. Add new String value under the "iso-8859-1<br>" key
REG_SZ: AliasForCharset
Data: "iso-8859-1<br>"
