This is a known issue and a KB article will be coming out soon on it. I
have no idea if there is any plan to try and make this work.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise Edition - Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Standard Edition ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- --- SYMPTOMS ======== When you try to logon to Outlook Web Access (OWA), you are prompted for your username and password repeatedly after you type your credentials. You eventually receive the following error message: The page cannot be displayed There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed. Please try the following: - Open the <Servername> home page, and then look for links to the information you want. - Click the Refresh button, or try again later. - Click Search to look for information on the Internet. - You can also see a list of related sites. HTTP 500 - Internal server error Internet Explorer You are unable to logon to OWA. You are not presented with an option to change your password. CAUSE ===== This problem may occur if your password has expired, or if the "User must change Password at next Login" check box is selected in your account options. You cannot update or change your password using OWA. WORKAROUND ========== To work around this problem, contact your administrator to update your password. It gives this error Error number: -2147022675 I even tried to enter in the domain\username instead of just the username. It then gives this error 2147023570 Knowledge base articles and eventid.net have not really helped yet. Thanks. >
