Give an account (e.g. admin) access to user mailboxes via AD (read, write, full
etc...)
Use outlook(with that account) and go to: tools->services->(highlight exchange
server)properties->advanced -> OK, start adding the mailboxes.
restart outlook & you'll see all the mailboxes you want.
rules, scheduler & export (VBA) should take care of the rest
