Why no wb2 converter?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hello,
seems there are converters available to open Quattro Pro for Windows 5.0 files (wb1) and 7.0 files (wb3).

I wonder if there is any reason why no 6.0 files (wb2) converter is available?
