D2: =B2 * (1+C2)

I have 3 fields
Cost(B2) Markup(C2) CPM(D2) (cost plus markup)
Then for example I have these values
.68, 2, $1.36
As you can see CPM is just Cost*Markup
However the person doesn't want it to say 2 he wants it to say 100%
Or similarly if I have another item that is
B3, C3, D3
.68, 1.75, $1.19 he'd want it to say 75%
I don't know how to do the math so it would work like he wants.
