Creating a Graph in Excel

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I'm work in a company with a production line that runs in different
modes. I would like to create a graph that has the "date" on the x-
axis and tons on the y-axis. This graph should only include tons
based on the specific mode we are running in. But, I would like to
see that when we run in a different mode, the graph line does not go
to zero and then bounce back when you switch over to that mode. Is
that possible?
