Pulling Address from Goldmine

Hi,

I have an order form that has a customer data field and I want it to
pull the name and address from GoldMine and put it into that field
automatically.

I got it to work in Word with this field: DDEAUTO GoldMine Data
&NameAddress \*CHARFORMAT \* MERGEFORMAT

Any Ideas?
