No icons, or icon Links in Excel Help

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Within last week or so I've managed to loose all the icons, icon links in
the Excel Help ie, for "See Also","Examples", & "Applies To". Now I only
get small square with dot in the middle where the icon should be. I have
complete remove and reinstall office 2000 with all service packs. I still
have the same problem. Any help to fix this problem would be greatly
appericated.
