parent - child schedules.

This probably can't be done without a lot of work. I want to create an
individual schedule for several people. Then have a "master" schedule
that contains all the individual schedules. This master schedule would
be updated when changes are made to the individual schedules.
Conversely when changes are made in the master schedule the individual
schedules would update.
The whole reason for this is so that the individual schedules can be
edited simultaneously where if everyone was trying to edit a single
schedule it would not be practical.
I'm sure there are other programs out there that are specifically
designed for this. I'd appreciate any suggestions or recommendations
that anyone may have.
