Thanks for your help there, I don't think I've explained myself to well
here, so let me try putting it another way.
If the government puts a 17.5% tax on every 100 pennies I spend at the point
of purchase, to buy something for 100 pennies I will need 117.5 penies. Cost
+ Tax IE 100+17.5%=117
I hope I've explained what it is I'm trying to get at there a little better.
