Looking up columns

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

hi there

I've got 2 columns with various names in them, roughly 2000 of them!

Each column might have the same name in them.

What i want to do is to produce a new column/list, which consists of
all the matching names from both columns.

PLease can you help.

Many thanks
