Visual Basic for Applications Not Working Right -- Follow Up

Several days ago I posted a problem using VBA for Office 2003 and Excel
2003.

The basic problem was this:

Under Office 2003 Professional Edition with SP1, if I open the VBA
Editor and search for a function (say Msgbox) I get a whole list of
things that can be displayed. All selections respond to a mouse
click
and provide a wealth of information except for those noted as
(Visual
Basic for Applications.) For those, nothing happens -- the system
just
sits there with the mouse cursor changed to a hand.

Several of you responded reminding me that I had to install Help for VBA
separately. I had done that early on but I did it again anyway with no
success. Now it seems that Office 2003 doesn't install a Language
Reference (VBLR6.CHM) when it installs help as did some earlier
versions. I found an old one in my archives dated 1998 that probably
came from an early installation of Office 98. I put it in Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office 11\1033 and now I get a response from any
search answer that is identified as being in Visual Basic for
Applications.

I guess that leaves me with 3 questions:

1. Is 2003 supposed to install VBLR6.CHM?

2. Is the folder I mentioned above where 2003 looks for its help files?

3. More important, is there a newer version of the file available for
2003?

I want to thank all who gave me help on this problem even though the
suggestions didn't produce a solution they got me started on the path
(no pun intended) to a, perhaps, pragmatic one.

Thank you all again.
