What I've found to be the best method to actuall do this is to add a month
field. You can either add this by using a =MONTH(A2)&"/"&YEAR(A2), which
doesn't format it very well, or copy the range into another column, format
to mmm-yy, copy, paste into notepad, and paste back into Excel.
