If you mean a new Work*** in the same Workbook:
Select the range of cells you want to copy, on the Menu bar click Edit then Copy. Click Insert then Work*** to open new work***. Select the top left position for your data on this new work*** and then click Edit then Paste Special and from the box that appears, click formulas. This will copy formulas with no data
