Your best option is to post your questions to the forum. That way you have a
much broader audience.
If you post trying to get the attention of a specific individual (like me)
you limit your chances of getting the help you want. That specific person my
or may not see your post *and* that specific person may or may not be able
to help you.
For me, it depends on how busy I am and what kind of mood I'm in as to
whether I'll accept any "personal" correspondence from these forums.
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
