Put borders around the cells you want to be seen and turn off the gridlines?

I've created a form for sales people to fill out on Excel. I've locked
the
cells I don't want them to be able to change.
How can I make only those cells that are part of the form show on the
screen
and not those to the left or bottom of it? Thanks for the help!
