Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



If your stock items are in column A from row 2 down, and you use A1 to enter
the name of an item you want to count, then in B2 type the formula
=COUNTIF(A2:A65536,A1) and that will give you the result
