Store values of a dynamically changing cell

Hi,

I'd be grateful if somebody could please help me out with this problem.

I've got a cell e.g. A5 whose values keep on changing continuously (every
second, or every 2 seconds).

I need to record the values as soon as the figure in A5 changes, i.e.
onchange, in an array or in another column, so that I can plot a graph (e.g.
line graph) with all those values over a certain period e.g. 5 mins, 10mins
etc...

Any suggestions?
