You're seeing 99.9% because your values are not 11.1%, 44.4% and 44.4%
exactly. There is more there than you see. If the values are:
11.14%
44.43%
44.44%
Then the true sum is 100.01%. If formatted to the tenth decimal place,
you'll see 100.0%.
