Sorry about that pasted the wrong formula:
Harlan Grove suggested
IF(COUNT(1/(LEN(VLOOKUP(E4,A1:C5,2,0))>3)),"here","not
employed here")
Which works great I just don't understand why it doesn't
produce an error message as it appears to divide by zero.
