RC4, Microsoft Strong Cryptographic Provider 128

Hello all,

I am using Excel on my computer and saving a program/workbook using "RC4,
Microsoft Strong Cryptographic Provider 128". However, when I move my
program/workbook to another computer, the "RC4, Microsoft Strong
Cryptographic Provider 128" encryption is not available.

1. Where are "encryptions" physically located on my computer
2. Can I just move a copy of mine to the new computer
3. If no to #2, then what do I have to click during the Office install to
make sure the encryption ends up on the new computer? (i.e. how do I get this
encryption selection to the new computer).
