Hello Mike,

I would like to suggest your chek the following things first:

1. You will have a GUID for your DLL in the automation add-in. Check if
the GUID registered on the machine

2. Check if the registry key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\<CLSID>\Programmable
exists
