find duplicate entry and replace across sheets

Morning,

I need some help on this please.

*** 1 has data from A1 to AP11000. *** 2 has data from A1 to
D28000.
Column A is inventory number in both sheets.

I need to do the following: If the same inventory number exists in
*** 1 and 2, replace the complete row in *** 2 with the entry from
*** 1. If it does not exist in *** 1, but exists in *** 2,
leave the entry in *** 2 alone. *** 2 will be the new master
***.
