Move Column data to rows

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi Sirs and Madams

I have a list of roughly a thousand numbers in one column, I would like
to know how to take those numbers and put them into one row and column
with only a comma seperating them.

e.g.

17205
17206
17207
17216
17218
17219
17221
17225

--> 17205,17206,17207,17216,17218,17219,17221,17225

Thank you

Kind Regards
