You should use absolute refereces, i.e.
=SUMPRODUCT((Sheet1!$A$2:$A$4=3)*(Sheet1!$B$2:$B$4=100)*(Sheet1!$C$2:$C$4={"C","P","S","T"})*Sheet1!$E$2:$E$4).
