Inserting dates in a worksheet

I am running Excel 97. I am trying to automate an attendance work***
and would like to have it insert the correct dates in the appropriate
cells. Example, all of the Sundays in January.
What would be the best way to do this? Any help would be highly
appreciated! Thanks!
