Automatic Percentage Calculation

Column B in my spread*** is Material. Column E is Sales
Tax. How can I set it up so when I enter a dollar amount
in Col B, a figure automatically inserts in Col E of that
row that is 8.75% of the Col B amount? I'm using Win98 &
Office 2000.
